By accessing or using Glowrifi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Glowrifi is an online marketplace connecting clients with beauty service providers (salons, parlours, freelancers) in Pakistan. We facilitate bookings but are not directly responsible for the quality of services provided by third-party providers.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person is allowed. Provider and buyer accounts are separate.
Bookings are confirmed once payment or agreement is made. Advance payments are processed through admin-held accounts. Platform service fees apply as configured. Prices displayed are set by individual providers.
Cancellation policies are set by individual providers and displayed before booking. Advance payments may be refunded according to the provider's cancellation window. Glowrifi is not responsible for disputes between clients and providers.
Providers must maintain accurate profiles, honour bookings, and deliver services as advertised. Glowrifi reserves the right to remove providers who violate these terms or receive repeated complaints.
You may not use Glowrifi for any unlawful purpose, to harass other users, to submit false reviews, or to circumvent platform fees.
Glowrifi is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Glowrifi after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
